Natalie has worked with a wide range of presentations, and sees children, adolescents and adults. She has experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, adjustment difficulties, trauma, cancer-related distress, chronic pain, and emotional dysregulation. Natalie has a particular interest in working with individuals with a disability.

She works collaboratively with her clients and integrates various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-based Techniques, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. By using multiple methods, she is able to create an individualised treatment plan that responds to her clients’ needs. Natalie is committed to providing her clients with a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment to explore their challenges and help empower them to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Natalie also conducts Psychoeducational Assessments for children, adolescents and adults, and Functional Capacity Assessments for NDIS applications.
