With extensive experience working therapeutically across all age groups, Sofia offers a warm person-centred approach, tailored to each individual’s needs to enhance their wellbeing and build practical tools for everyday life.
Sofia’s approach is firmly grounded in person-centred care, recognising the unique experiences and needs of each client. She believes that with a positive mindset, individuals can build a strong foundation for personal growth and improved quality of life.
Her clinical interests lie particularly in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who may be experiencing challenges such as mood changes, anxiety, behavioural issues, aggression, or significant emotional or behavioural shifts.
“Positively impacting someone’s mental health is what motivates me more than ever to support clients and families.”
Sofia uses a range of evidence-based psychological interventions, including emotional regulation training, cognitive restructuring, behaviour modification, and social skills development.
When not working directly with clients, Sofia is committed to ongoing professional development, with a strong interest in supporting families and carers. She focuses on enhancing family communication, strengthening relationships, and improving overall family dynamics to support long-term wellbeing.
