Client Testimonials

“I have tried therapy before years ago, but the team at APS made feel super comfortable from day one. I was offered a choice of psychologists and a choice of therapy styles. This was important to me.”

“I found myself struggling after the birth of our son. It should be the happiest of times but I couldn’t get myself together. I reached out to APS and instantly felt supported. It has been hard work but I have always felt I am in good hands and actually started to enjoy the process.”

“I was pretty apprehensive when I first called APS to ask for help. But I knew instantly I was in the right place. Great to have a choice of psychologists, and the receptionist took their time to help me choose. Amazing service 10 out of 10!”
