Jamie Witt


Jamie is a registered Psychologist specialising in a variety of areas and approaches. Jamie has experience working with clients whose symptoms align with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation and addiction. He has experience working with children, adolescents and adults.

Utilising a compassionate client centred approach, Jamie is passionate about delivering a process that not only assists clients to intervene, heal and overcome difficulties, but also assist clients in moving towards an improved quality of life.

Jamie utilises evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy along with other evidence-based techniques and strategies to achieve client-centred goals.
