Dr Jaqueline Dias is a registered Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, children and couples. She completed her doctorate in Counselling Psychology at Middlesex University in London (UK) and is currently undertaking training to become a registered Clinical Psychologist. Jaqueline has worked within a range of clinical settings such as private practice, mental health services, schools and charitable organisations.
Jaqueline has experience working with a wide range of psychological, emotional and relationship issues including neurodevelopmental disorders, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, trauma and interpersonal difficulties. She tailors treatment to meet each client’s need offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Existential Analysis, Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Focusing Therapy and Mindfulness. She is passionate about helping people to build emotional resilience, find a greater sense of purpose and have more fulfilling connections in life.
Jaqueline is available on Wednesdays and Fridays.
