Nicole takes a holistic approach to wellness for all individuals and couples she works with. She has experience working within private counseling, organisational psychology, and return to work rehabilitation settings. Nicole works with adolescents aged 15+ and adults. Nicole has a special interest in providing EMDR therapy as well as providing support to couples through individual and joint couples counseling sessions.

Nicole works with a wide variety of clients to support them in achieving their therapeutic goals. Nicole’s areas of practice include but are not limited to; depression, trauma and PTSD, workplace stress management, anxiety, bullying, relationship breakdown, and panic. Nicole additionally supports clients following MVAs and workplace injuries in the areas of pain management, post-incident trauma, and adjustment to injury.

Nicole has experience completing the following assessments:
– Medico-legal assessments including Psychological Functional Capacity Evaluations
– NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments, Initial Needs Assessments and therapy plans
– Workers compensation assessments including Workplace Assessments, Initial Assessments, and associated return to work planning.

Modalities of therapy include CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and EMDR.

Nicole is currently accepting referrals from multiple streams including but not limited to Private, Medicare, NDIS, and RTW SA. For those transitioned from NSW, Nicole is SIRA-accredited to provide workers compensations within the NSW workers compensation scheme.
