Rachel is a senior psychologist with over ten years’ experience providing psychological therapy.

Rachel helps clients to make sense of and work with anxiety, worry, panic attacks, depression, grief and loss, interpersonal difficulties, strong emotions, adjusting to change, coping with stress, work pressures, and recovering from traumatic events.

Rachel’s approach to psychological treatment is to apply evidence-based assessments and interventions in a tailored manner so that they are meaningful and lead to personal growth. She encourages individuals to develop skills, find purpose, work through challenges, and improve wellbeing. She is trained and experienced in delivering Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Schema-focussed therapies in person, by phone and by video.

Rachel has a broad experience working in private practice, not-for-profit organisations., senior positions in country community mental health services. Rachel sees her profession as a privilege and appreciates diversity in people, communities, and cultures. She values healthy collaboration and establishing a shared understanding of client challenges and goals.

Rachel accepts referrals via Medicare, NDIS, RTWSA and privately.
